At L'OYÉ Cosmetics, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is our shipping policy for all your purchases.
Processing time
- Orders placed before 3 p.m. on weekdays.: These orders are usually shipped the same business day but within 1 to 2 business days at the latest.
Shipping costs
- Shipping within the Netherlands: €3,95
- Shipping to Belgium and Germany: €4,95
- Other countries: from 6.95 to 8.95
- Free shipping: For orders over €50, we offer free shipping.
Delivery time
- Netherlands/Belgium/Germany: After your order is shipped, you can usually expect it within 1 to 2 business days.
- International shipments: Delivery time may vary depending on the destination.
Shipping confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your package.
Problems with shipping
If there is a problem with the delivery of your order, such as a delay or a lost package, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to solve the problem quickly.
Force Majeure
Although we do our utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible, extreme traffic, product launches or exceptional situations may cause processing to take longer than you are used to. Even though it may take longer, we will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Should delays occur, we will communicate these as much as possible via the homepage.
